Job Description
Are you ready to be part of a leading global engineering design house specializing in the design and development of embedded software/hardware, electronics, and electro-mechanics?
You will be responsible to:
•End-to-End testing which includes station workflows, station hardware (pc imaging, peripherals, overhead and hand scanners, monitors, captron buttons), drive units (robots), pods (storage), safety system (fire alarm, e-stop, FIDO intrusion detection system, SRBRS safety vests), mobile maintenance applications, wireless infrastructure, software and firmware.
•Build and maintain QA test floors.
•Focus is on “whole solution” quality. Other organizations / teams may independently qualify components of solutions, our approach works backwards from the customer experience to ensure that our whole solutions are safe, reliable, and performant, before they are deployed into production.

•Ability to travel between physical test floors spread across two locations with about 45min to 1 hour commute.
What you need to get the job done:

•Though the main focus is SW, we do test drive unit FW releases often as well, and at times run into HW (drive unit, station peripherals) not working.
•Troubleshooting skills are a must. Linux/Unix understanding preferred.
•Self-driven/motivated to learn complex systems.
•Proactive communication skills.
•High capacity, result oriented and ability to deliver under pressure as a team player and independently.
