Overview:

The Automation and Systems Sales Engineer develops strong relationships with the industrial clients and provides them with best in class material handling integrated automation and systems solutions to meet their business requirements and strategic objectives. These integrated engineered solutions require an excellent understanding of basic and advanced material handling processes including material and information flow, products, technologies, solutions, and integration. Thorough understanding of WES, WCS, and ERP systems is also required. This position is based in Frederick, MD

• Great teamwork with Customer and Werres project teams, suppliers, and support resources
• Excellent representation of all of our key supplier's products and services
• Ability to close sales. Exceeding the annual sales goals
• Create and develop new business relationships
• Creative engineering to provide superior solutions for our customers

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in warehouse and manufacturing integrated systems
• Greater than 5 years experience in a Technical Sales role within the warehouse and industrial sector a plus
• Material Handling automation design and sales experience a plus
• CAD and simulation experience (AutoCad) a plus
