Systems Specialist - Kapco Grafton, WI

Primary Responsibilities

• Leads and/or participates in design meetings with managers and end users
• Gathers user requirements for requested system changes
• Document processes using workflows, charts and visual aids
• Assists the organization to define and scope improvement opportunities
• Develops and applies needed technical tools to support manufacturing operations, inventory management and the continuous improvement efforts of Kapco
• Support business to business EDI
• Work with customers as needed to define external requirements and implement mutually beneficial protocols of communication and deliver exceptional results
• Other duties as assigned
