Konami is currently looking for a Systems Technical Sales Executive to join the team!

Major Accountabilities:

Operational Consulting

  • Provides casino-related operational expertise to assist systems account executives with their consultative sales process.
  • Actively participates in the "management workshop" phase of each systems installation to provide operational consultancy, if required.

  • Provides operational and technical support and guidance to management and customers during the sales process, post-sale installation and/or initial trial periods to maximize customer satisfaction and revenue potential.


Sales and Demonstration Support

  • Prepares and execute comprehensive sales presentations and demonstrations jointly with direct systems sales staff during the sales cycle for new market and new product opportunities.
  • Must be comfortable presenting in front of small or large groups, and be an effective communicator.
  • Takes lead in the creation of system sales tools (e.g., presentation material and white papers).
  • Become an expert user of SYNKROS, and develop a functional understanding of all areas of the software and be able to discuss the feature/function of the software to internal and external parties.
  • Supports direct sales staff as a subject matter expert in key functionality areas of SYNKROS.
  • Assists with the preparation and execution of RFP responses on behalf of the systems sales department.
  • Provides assistance on other systems sales-related tasks that may benefit from the expertise of the Business Operations Executive (e.g., participation in certain product strategy discussions, customer advisory boards, focus groups, etc.)
  • Provides feedback and input from customer markets to help shape marketing strategy for SYNKROS.
  • Works closely with sales account executives and customers on new system update releases and demonstrations.


Product Management Support

  • Collaborates with the product management and R&D team to add operational insight and represent customers' needs in new products and current functionality.
  • Contributes to customer-focused initiatives, including but not limited to: customer advisory board, focus groups, customer-base events.
  • Assist with tradeshow planning, installation and configuration, and support.


Training Support

  • Collaborates with the Systems training department to assist in the preparation and delivery of systems product and/or operational training.
  • Identifies gaps in the SYNKROS customer training program and recommends improvements in this area.


Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, Hospitality or related fieldor an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 5-8 years of experience in Gaming, Casino Operations, Technical Sales, TechnicalTraining or a related field or equivalent experience required.
  • Intermediate and above level understanding and usage of Microsoft Office products.
  • Travel is required- Employee must be flexible to the needs of the business and should expect to travel a minimum of 50%.
