Job Description
The Training Technician is responsible for ensuring effective delivery, monitoring, and support of training programs during non-standard operating hours. This role includes ensuring the structured on-the-job training (S-OJT) process is occurring, maintaining training compliance, auditing training processes, and providing consistent follow-up to reinforce learning and improve training outcomes. The Training Technician plays a critical role in maintaining workforce skill levels and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
