T3 Senior Business Development Representative
Job Description
EquipmentShare is searching for a T3 Senior Business Development Representative. Office location is in the Kansas City, KS area.
Primary Responsibilities- Work alongside the BDR Manager to quickly inject activity into struggling territories.
- Work with the AE teams to generate new leads and close deals.
- Use prospecting tools effectively, such as Hubspot, ZoomInfo, D&B, etc., to source new leads.
- Build and manage a pipeline of qualified opportunities to drive growth.
- Develop sales strategies to expand into new markets and territories.
- Identify potential clients and decision-makers to reach out to and schedule meetings with.

Skills & QualificationsÂ- Successful Multi-state territory management history
- Self Motivated leader that is proactive and doesn’t need daily management
- Prospecting / opportunity pipeline developmentÂ
- Ability to articulate technical value into customer business value.
- Time management and organization, advanced communication and presentationÂ
- You learn and alter behaviors due to mistakes and feedbackÂ
- You are a people person, a strong communicator, collaborator and an excellent listener.Â
Must be proficient in the following:Â
- Technology understanding of IoT or construction equipment
- Value propositions / ROI statements and proposals
- CRM /Email / Systems Â

- Proven track record of success
- Construction / Equipment experience
- SaaS / Telematics / IoT experience
