Talent Acquisition Specialist

The Role:

We have an exciting opportunity for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our highly collaborative HR team. This position is an exciting role focused on Talent Acquisition as well as exposure and partnership with the HRBP team. The heart of this role is focused on hiring amazing talent and supporting them along their journey.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Execute full life cycle recruiting beginning with a needs analysis intake discussion, sourcing for talent using a wide variety of research and outreach tools and technology, screening talent thoroughly to properly position to Hiring managers, candidate management throughout the entire selection process, coaching managers on selection and managing the offer process.
  • Sourcing for talent using a variety of channels such as social media and sourcing tools to develop and execute a broad sourcing strategy identifying best talent.
  • Partner with HR team throughout recruiting process ensuring proper communication during each recruitment phase from identifying hire need to new hire onboarding.
  • Coach Hiring Managers as a subject matter expert on all phases of the talent selection process, providing recruitment counsel and guidance.
  • Execute on and deliver bi-weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc reports for the recruiting team and CHRO.
  • Work collaboratively with the onboarding team to ensure a smoother and onboarding process for new candidates.
  • Support Social Media strategy including: Linkedin, Indeed & Glassdoor
  • Assist with the HR Department in project related to employee development and learning, HR data reporting and analysis, and special projects.
  • Assist the HR team with Employee Engagement Activities focused on wellness, recognition, learning and talent development.

Your Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent experience), preferred with a degree in HR, Psychology, or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition specifically technical recruitment experience
  • Ability to organize and build relationships.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize workload, multi-task and work under pressure to meet deadlines.
