TAB Intern - IT Software Development

TAB Bank provides a structured, robust Internship Program that is open to College/University students. We have a commitment to our Interns to ensure we provide a meaningful experience that allows you to apply learned skills and explore the business environment while getting leadership and mentorship.

TAB Intern - IT Software Development will gain experience on real projects, work with teams in IT, and gain valuable experience.

Projects, task-oriented goals and milestones for this role to accomplish:

• Supporting Deposits ART projects
• Milestones1: learn Jira (PM & time tracking), understanding Test Driven Development, Working as a team.
• Milestones2: learn Jira, Confluence, TAB Bank development lifecycle, coding, SATDD, and unit tests
• Goals: be 100% on time tracking in Jira, a good team member & contributor, accomplish tasks on-time

Successful Intern candidates will have:

• Should have experience in software development with Java and or JavaScript
• Strong knowledge of software development lifecycle & agile software processes like SAFe framework
• Experience working in Jira, IntelliJ, React, SQL server, Oracle, or mySQL preferred
• Experience collaborating in a team and working towards solutions together
