TAB Intern - Marketing

TAB Bank provides a structured, robust Internship Program that is open to College/University students. We have a commitment to our Interns to ensure we provide a meaningful experience that allows you to apply learned skills and explore the business environment while getting leadership and mentorship.

TAB Intern - Marketing will: research, plan, draft, execute, and measure a strategic marketing initiative to promote one of TAB's priority products to a specific audience segment. Each week will focus on a different aspect of marketing and will include a mini-deliverable that contributes to the overall project and milestones. The expected result will be a measurable impact or insight related to the product and audience segment, which TAB can leverage in future promotional efforts.

Projects, task-oriented goals and milestones for this role to accomplish:

• Outline may be adjusted based on intern's background and interests, internship length, and TAB's needs at the time
• Deliverables will include marketing personas and target segments, keyword research, content and ads, dashboards, etc.
• Intern will compile portfolio of weekly outputs and summarize achievements in a final presentation and resume write-up

Successful Intern candidates will have:

• Ability to follow instructions, work independently and remotely, and communicate effectively in writing and speech
• Willingness to seek and act upon feedback, challenge the status quo, and learn through hands-on experience
• Creative and critical thinking skills and interest in owning all aspects of a marketing strategy, from concept to execution
• [Bonus] Prior experience with marketing research, digital marketing, content creation, marketing automation, analytics
