Tableau Analyst

We are seeking an experienced Tableau Analyst to join our growing organization. This candidate must be strong in Visual Analytics providing excellent service and quality solutions. Any exposure to data exploration, data mining, and predictive analytics is a plus. This candidate must have a passion for creating powerful and visually aesthetic dashboards.

You must have exceptional English, strong interpersonal and organizational skills, and be detail-oriented. You must also be self-motivated, enjoy “making things happen” and always seek to improve our process within a great environment and as a dynamic team player.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and support interactive Tableau Dashboard reports, with different data sources
• Recommend dashboards per Tableau visualization features and the requirements
• Deliver reports to the Business team in a timely manner
• Communicate and work proactively with the existing Account Manager and other Tableau Analysts to complete the required dashboards
• Provide support for the resolution of all reporting issues escalated by the Account Executives.
• 2+ years of professional experience in building dashboards, and scorecards using Tableau
• Hands-on experience with scripting, data source integration
• Full understanding of the processes of data quality, data cleansing, and data transformation
  
  

And if you have this experience - it’s a plus (but not required!)

• Ability to write SQL queries and stored procedures
• Experience in end-to-end implementation of Business Intelligence (BI) projects, especially in scorecards, KPIs, reports & dashboards-Background in software/web application development at least one of the tools such as JavaScript, Java, or Python
• Knowledge of formal database architecture and design
• Financial Services experience a strong plus
