Tableau Architect

Experience Required

7+ yrs of experience in Tableau Report/Dashboard Design and development• 5+ years of experience with Tableau Migration Design and Development• 5+ years of experience with Tableau CMT Tool Design and Usage• 5+ years of experience with Tableau Prep Flows• 3+ years of experience with Tableau Online and Cloud.• 3+ years of experience with Tableau Bridge client.• Have migration experience from Tableau server to Tableau Cloud• 5+ years of product implementation, system integration or development experience• 5+ years relevant experience in Business/Data Analysis• Working experience in Tableau Cloud is preferred• Strong technical background with complete understanding of data warehouse modeling, architectures, OLAP, OLTP data sets, etc.• Experience in joining and blending multiple data sources and file formats• Experience writing SQL queries• Experience working with APIs• Excellent communication skills, ability to multi-task and work collaboratively• Proven ability to work well with technical and non-technical staff across numerous areas.• Comfortable learning new technologies rapidly• Consistent problem-solving ability with acute attention to detail and sharp analytical skills• Must be able to clearly document functional requirements and technical solutions• Excellent presentation, written and verbal communication skills• Excellent organizational skills• Proven ability to learn and adapt to change quickly and easily and to motivate others to do likewise

Roles & Responsibilities• Work closely with IT groups to understand current technical ecosystem and design a full-blown Tablea u environment• Support the Business Intelligence/Analytics with the understanding of business and data requirements, and iteratively designs visualizations for initial concepts and prototypes that can be presented to customers for feedback• Perform detailed data analysis (i.e., determine the structure, content, and quality of the data through examination of source systems and data samples)• Build prototypes for demonstration and illustration purposes for peer groups, Business partners, or senior leaders• Understand and analyze the data to find patterns and valuable business insights• Deliver reports to Business team in a timely manner• Work hand-in-hand with developers that design and build data models and ETL processes
