As a Barclays Tableau Developer, you will work on development of Business Intelligence (BI) applications. This role interfaces directly with key stakeholders to understand their needs. This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with the local team and global counterparts to deliver various reporting solutions built primary on Tableau, Business Objects, and Qlik.

What will you be doing?• Leading the transition to Tableau from Qlik Sense• Driving Tableau dashboard development• Architecting and developing Tableau Dashboard• Performing Data visualization, Data modelling, Data blending, Filters, parameters• Writing SQL queries• Communicating with business partners to comprehend dashboard requirements

What we're looking for:• Extensive Business Intelligence experience• Bachelor degree or higher in Computer Science or related field• Proven, hands-on experience working with Tableau, specifically developing dashboards• Ability to work with SQL queries, database joins, store procedures etc.

Skills that will help you in the role:• Prior experience developing Qliksense dashboards• Creation of custom components using JavaScript/ Angular JS/CSS• Experience writing ETL pipelines• Exposure to the use of Python to ingest the data and ability to write machine learning algorithms
