About the Job
We are looking for a Developer with a focus in Tableau to join the rapidly growing Technology Team at Bellwether. This role is an exciting opportunity to leverage one’s technical ability to build reports using a variety of data sources. Day to day responsibilities will require heavy usage of Tableau to improve existing reports and develop new dashboards. There will be a strong emphasis on collaboration with current developers and interaction with project stakeholders. Projects will directly impact internal users and clients, requiring translating business needs to quality designs that are visually engaging, responsive, and easy to use.
These responsibilities will require excessive attention to detail and ingenuity. The ideal candidate is a dynamic team player with strong integrity, a high degree of professionalism and the ability to succeed in an entrepreneurial environment. An ideal candidate will have held similar positions at a fast-paced company, where they worked with a considerable amount of autonomy.

Responsibilities
• Develop and maintain client-facing Tableau dashboards
• Collaborate with application developers to understand data structures and report requirements
• Contribute to administration of Tableau server users, data sources, and jobs
• Interact directly with end-users to review reports and interactive features
Qualifications
• 2+ years of experience using Tableau in a professional environment
• Expert skills in building and optimizing Tableau reports for server viewing and PDF printing
• Familiarity building reports from a wide variety of data sources including SQL Server databases
• Exposure to Alteryx and/or Salesforce, a plus
• Knowledge or interest in commercial real estate or finance preferred
• Exceptional communication skills
• Exceptional time management skills
• A bachelor's degree

• Asset-level analytics: Providing quantitative and qualitative investment- and portfolio-level performance reports by consolidating and analyzing monthly operating reports produced by operating partners to track and monitor performance against initial underwriting;
• Active Asset Management Support: The team works closely with Acquisition Teams to help monitor all strategic and joint-venture operating partners on a day-to-day basis. Responsibilities include weekly leasing calls, monthly operations reviews, annual budget and business plan reviews and financial analysis; and
• Investment and Fund-level Reforecasting: BWAM is responsible for creating proprietary investment-level valuation models for the portfolio to enhance our ability to reforecast investment-and fund-level performance on a routine basis.
