Overview:

As a Tableau Developer, you’ll leverage your expertise in Tableau and SQL to deliver impactful analytics solutions. In this role, you will work closely with clients daily to understand their requirements, build interactive dashboards, and ensure data-driven insights align with business strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Interaction: Engage with clients daily to gather requirements, provide updates, and ensure deliverables meet their expectations.
• Tableau Dashboard Development: Design and develop dynamic, visually compelling Tableau dashboards tailored to business needs.
• Data Analysis & Reporting: Use SQL to extract, transform, and analyze data, delivering actionable insights for decision-making.
• Testing & Validation: Perform data testing to ensure accuracy, reliability, and alignment with client requirements.
• Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams to integrate data and deliver end-to-end BI solutions.
• Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with Tableau best practices and features to optimize dashboards and workflows.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in Business Intelligence with a focus on Tableau development and SQL.
• Strong proficiency in SQL for complex data manipulation, extraction, and transformation.
• Proven expertise in creating interactive dashboards using Tableau. Certification in Tableau is a significant advantage.
• Experience working directly with clients to gather requirements and deliver customized solutions.
• Familiarity with data testing and ensuring data accuracy across various scenarios.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients and stakeholders.
• Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.
