WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We're looking for a Material Quality Data Specialist to deliver quick and dependable results for the Material Integrity Capabilities organization. The candidate needs to skilled in data querying, analysis and presentation of data to different stakeholders both internally and externally.

WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON

• Serve as the primary point of contact for Material Integrity Capabilities team members and provide them with timely and accurate Material production data now but always look for opportunities for improvement including new reporting solutions and process automation.
• Become a specialist in extracting and summarizing material quality data from source systems including PCX, LTM, PPS and PDM and use passion for data to improve methods.
• Be a role model in the adoption of new technologies that will aid in the modernization of Material Integrity data across the Material Sourcing and Manufacturing organization

WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH

This person will primarily support the Material Integrity Capabilities organization in addition will work closely with other members of the MSM, Product Integrity and Consumer Creation Organizations .

Required Skills:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science or an equivalent experience

- 2-4 years of experience with an emphasis on business reporting and analytics

- Experience working on/with cross-functional teams and providing project management support

- Experience with data entry, data management and investigating in an information management system or complex database

- Solid attention to detail and process orientation

- Problem structuring and problem-solving skills

- Strong written and oral communication skills

- Ability to work in a deadline driven environment

- Proficient with Excel and ability to learn Tableau
