Who We're Looking For - Talent Acquisition Admin
Clearlink is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Talent Acquisition Admin to join our recruiting team. This entry-level position is ideal for individuals with administrative experience who are looking to start a career in talent acquisition. While recruiting experience is a plus, it is not required for this role.
The Impact You Will Make:
- Conduct thorough checks to verify the internet provider & speeds of applicants ensuring eligibility for employment, screen candidates for rehire eligibility, and use ATS tags as necessary.
- Manage and organize intricate interview schedules, acting as the bridge between candidates, hiring managers, and other stakeholders.
- Oversee the completion of onboarding steps, maintaining a keen eye on paperwork and requirements. Follow up with new hires to guarantee a smooth onboarding process, addressing any potential obstacles.
- Offer tours for candidates attending in-person interviews as well as welcome new hires on their first day, fostering a positive introduction to the company culture.
- Actively engage in sourcing efforts to identify and attract top talent for challenging-to-fill corporate positions. Utilize innovative strategies to connect with potential candidates and strengthen the talent pool.
- Utilize social media platforms and diverse channels to connect with both internal and external candidates. Foster relationships and actively contribute to Clearlink's employer brand, creating a compelling narrative in the talent market.
What You Need:
- Excellent organizational skills with a strong attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders.
- Familiarity with recruitment best practices and legal requirements preferred but not required.
- A proactive and collaborative approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, schedule-sensitive environment.

- 30-min phone call with the Recruiting Team
- 30-min - 1 hour interview with the Hiring Manager
- 30-min - 1 hour interview with a Clearlink Panel
Some interview processes can vary, depending on the role. Your recruiter will give you a role-specific interview process during your first phone call.
