We are pleased to share that we have a career opportunity for a Talent Acquisition Administrator to be a part of the Blue Bird Human Resources Team.
JOB SUMMARY:
We are looking for a Talent Acquisition (TA) Administrator who will be responsible for supporting the professional staffing team reporting to the Total Talent Leader. The TA Administrator will manage documenting talent acquisition processes, coordinating candidate travel arrangements, manage professional staffing invoices, and own the contingency process of new hires. Recruit for hourly functional positions, and occasionally recruit early career or intern positions.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Supports employment functions, interfaces with candidates, hiring managers and HR business partners to provide a smooth, efficient, and OFCCP compliant recruitment process
- Collaborate with Hiring Managers, Talent Acquisition Partners, and HR Business Partners to ensure a positive candidate, experience
- Creating job requisitions in Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and posting to niche applicable websites, or targeted job boards, as needed
- Leverages internal HR system to facilitate background checks, drug screens, and general posting and on-boarding requirements
- Coordinate candidate interview schedules by leveraging interviewing teams Outlook calendar, including but not limited to necessary travel arrangements (flights, rental vehicles, hotel, etc.)
- Assist in managing staffing process documentation
- Supports marketing and branding campaign initiatives through attending networking and career development events
- Own professional staffing invoicing process through to accounts payable
- Provides recruiting support for team where workload allows
- Performs other related duties as assigned
EDUCATION AND EXPEREINCE:
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- 4+ years' experience with high-volume recruitment
- 4+ years' experience providing administrative and project coordination experience
- 2+ years' experience supporting high performing talent acquisition or staffing teams.
TO BE A GOOD FIT:
- Strong technical competence and proficiency using Microsoft Office suite products (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Microsoft Teams)
- Experience using ATS systems
- Demonstrated success in building credible relationships, and proactively partnering with business leaders throughout the recruitment and selection process.
- Detail oriented with exceptional time management skills and accuracy in presentation of information.
- Knowledge of current employment laws and legislation.
- Highly effective communication skills (verbal & written) with strong interpersonal effectiveness, and the ability to work with all levels of management and employees
