This position primarily supports Southeast Toyota Finance contact centers and customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Identify and interact with potential candidates using diverse sourcing channels to build robust talent pipelines.
- Collaborate with hiring teams on high-volume, production, and corporate positions to comprehend role specifics and define the profiles of ideal candidates, ensuring future hiring needs are met.
- Develop and implement cutting-edge recruitment strategies to attract the highest-quality candidates.
- Keep up-to-date with talent acquisition trends and best practices to ensure a competitive advantage.
- Consult with stakeholders and provide expert advice on current market trends and the availability of talent to inform and guide recruitment strategies.
- Analyze existing recruitment processes to pinpoint inefficiencies and implement improvements.
- Establish continuous feedback loops with both candidates and hiring teams to refine the hiring experience.
- Craft dynamic content for social media, career pages, and various recruitment channels to successfully attract top-tier talent.
- Guide your stakeholders in using data and analytics to inform decision-making processes.
- Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
- Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary.
- Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Requirements and Skills
- 2+ years in full-cycle talent acquisition or recruitment with recruiting agency experience a plus
- 1+ years in developing recruitment strategies
- 1+ years with recruitment analytics and metrics
- Expertise in interview best practices
- Knowledge of practices and programs that support Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging
- Experience with candidate engagement and relationship building
- Understanding of data analysis and reporting in recruitment contexts
- Skill in consulting with stakeholders to direct best practices
- Proven track record of building robust talent pipelines
