SBM is looking for a Talent Acquisition Analyst! The Talent Acquisition Analyst will be responsible for overseeing the recruiting departments reporting and communication process. The individual will provide detailed statistical analysis of our recruiting systems, programs and hiring manager satisfactions results. The insight from this work will be used to drive recruiting investments and talent acquisition decisions and assess and modify recruiting department programs.
Responsibilities:
- Manage all postings on Frontline and Above for job vacancies using platforms such as Indeed and Direct Postings.
- Ensure that all postings are tagged appropriately and monitor their performance regularly.
- Conduct regular job postings audits to ensure company policies and standards compliance.
- Allocate credit card expenses for all job postings on Indeed and Bayard, as well as additional postings and department spending.
- Work with the Senior Talent Acquisition Analyst to better allocate the budget for postings by tracking the sources per hire.
- Manage the Jobvite system for the organization, ensuring that all job requisitions are created, reviewed, and approved promptly.
- Manage job imports and maps for new business units, job codes, job descriptions, and offer letters on Jobvite.
- Assist the Senior Talent Acquisition Analyst in conducting Jobvite cleanup by closing frontline positions that have not been touched in over 90 days.
- Transfer all job requisitions individually under the new staffing specialist in case of their departure or arrival.
- Work with the HRIS team to address integration errors and improve the onboarding administrative experience.
- Manage the Master recruiting document that contains approvers, staffing specialists, essential links, and process updates.
- Keep the document up-to-date and ensure it is accessible to all relevant stakeholders.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure that the information in the document is accurate and up-to-date.
- Assist the Onboarding Administrator in managing frontline onboarding and new forms.
- Ensure that all required forms are completed accurately and promptly.
- Follow up with new hires to ensure a positive onboarding experience.
- Generate reports on all open requisitions, recruiter activities, and other data as requested by stakeholders.
- Ensure that all reports are accurate and up-to-date.
- Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in talent acquisition or related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced skills in Excel and Smartsheet.
- Knowledge of Jobvite or other Applicant Tracking Systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
