The Job:  

As a Talent Acquisition Analyst, you’ll be part of our Corporate team working as a virtual employee. As a Talent Acquisition Analyst, you will support the Talent Acquisition team in analyzing and improving our operations and reporting capabilities. You will collaborate with global Talent Acquisition leadership, HR partners, IT functions and more to help manage and improve our talent operations. We are looking for someone that will seek to find improvements and look to add value in all facets of our talent operations. You’ll get to:

• Manage and develop reporting capabilities for our talent acquisition leaders and HR partners.
• Analyze and determine process improvement areas for our candidate experience journey from application to onboarding.
• Work with global shared service center to provide world-class service to our candidates and talent acquisition team.
• Collaborate with HR Information Systems team to provide feedback from Talent Acquisition team on process improvements.
• Create presentations with useful data insights for talent acquisition and company leadership teams.
• Provide guidance pertaining to workday data, background checks, offer letters and general candidate process flow to internal teams.

The Person:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Data Analytics or related field. Degree is preferred.
• 2+ Years of Experience in Human Resources, Data Analytics or related field.
• Understanding of Workday/Workday reporting feature or other HRIS systems.
• Demonstrated ability to be able to analyze and drive insights from datasets.
• Passion for process improvement and looking for how to add-value or improve current state procedures.
• Effective communication skills (written and verbal) with cross-functional and global teams.
• Highly skilled in MS Office Suites (Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects/tasks
