eSentio provides technology consulting to some of the largest and most technically advanced law firms and legal organizations in the country, and across the UK. Our teams of consultants are among the most experienced thought leaders in their fields, and we’re continuing to build this team of experts. 

We’re seeking a TA and Employee Engagement professional with a passion for building a positive employee experience, who will report to the CEO. This person will be responsible for driving the successful recruitment of new eSentio team members, and participating in the cultivation of the company culture through various employee experience and retention efforts.
The responsibilities include working directly with executive team members to develop and manage the full desk recruiting process including employment branding, job posting, candidate sourcing, applicant review, initial candidate screening, interview arrangements, feedback gathering, and offer process management. You will project manage the entire candidate lifecycle and experience, and help to drive a continued positive work environment. 

Every member of the eSentio team is a professional, and is expected to proactively manage their own work outcomes and quality, while collaborating across the organization. 

At eSentio you’ll…

  • Create and rollout employer branding efforts, including developing and promoting the firm’s culture
  • Work with hiring managers and teams to design position-based recruiting strategies
  • Help to craft compelling, well defined job descriptions
  • Implement candidate sourcing strategies from job postings to targeted outreach through a variety of tools including LinkedIn, and creative outlets
  • Manage candidate information and all communication and activity through Jazz, the company’s Applicant Tracking System
  • Identify and screen candidates for critical skill sets, attitude, passion, and compensation alignment, presenting valid applicants to hiring managers.
  • Schedule all interviews, and communicate agendas with the candidate and other parties involved
  • Collect and assimilate candidate feedback, communicating to the hiring manager, and sharing updates during regular recruiting meetings
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations throughout the hiring process
  • Identify and track key recruitment metrics such as source of hire, time to fill, interview to offer, and offer acceptance rate to measure hiring strategies’ success and identify improvement areas
  • Learn the landscape of the legal technology consulting industry, and share the values, excitement, and expectations of this woman-owned, growing business
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best hiring practices to ensure the firm is attracting and hiring top talent
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience with quick and professional communication at all stages of the process
  • Be an internal and external advocate of the company, promoting the positive and unique factors of the organization
  • Ensure an ongoing good employee experience through new hire check-ins, retention surveys, and other talent management initiatives

We need you to have…

  • 5+ years of recruitment experience
  • Experience building employment brand across social media and sourcing and hiring avenues
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to communicate with candidates and clearly assimilate information for hiring managers
  • Knowledge of recruiting and applicant tracking software (Jazz experience is a plus!) and sourcing tools
  • Positive energy and a passion for creating a great candidate and employee experience
  • Ability to work under pressure and deliver results within timeframes
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Highly collaborative, with the ability to drive a process with team inputs
  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
  • Attention to detail, with the ability to maintain accurate records and documentation
