Talent Acquisition Associate
Job Description
As a Talent Acquisition Associate, you will play a critical role in growing our team by identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent across various functions, including engineering, product, customer success, and sales. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers, develop and execute sourcing strategies, and ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Identify and source qualified candidates through various channels (LinkedIn, job boards, networking events, etc.).
- Screen resumes and applications to create a pipeline of top talent for different departments.
- Reach out to candidates and build relationships with potential hires, creating a positive impression of our company. Conduct initial phone screens to assess candidate fit and interest.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams, managing logistics and ensuring smooth communication throughout the process.
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand specific role requirements, provide insights on the candidate market, and keep them updated on search progress.
- Write engaging job descriptions, post job openings on various platforms, and promote the company brand to attract top talent.
- Track recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, candidate satisfaction, etc.) and report on hiring progress and outcomes.
- Identify opportunities to enhance the recruitment process, ensuring streamlined, efficient, and positive candidate experience.
- Participate in efforts to build a diverse and inclusive workforce, utilizing sourcing strategies that reach a wide range of candidates from varied backgrounds.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or proven experience working toward a career in HR related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in recruiting or talent acquisition, preferably in technology or real estate industries
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software
- Experience with MS, Excel, Power Point a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and attract diverse talent
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Understanding of real estate or software technology markets is a plus
