We are seeking a talented and experienced Talent Acquisition Associate to join our team and help us identify and attract top talent to fuel our success.
Position Overview:
As a Talent Acquisition Associate with 2-3 years of experience, you will play a crucial role in our HR department. You will be responsible for executing the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to conducting interviews and managing the offer process. Your goal is to ensure we attract, hire, and retain the best talent in the industry.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
Candidate Sourcing: Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals, to identify potential candidates.
Candidate Screening: Review resumes, conduct phone screens, and assess candidates against job requirements to create a shortlist of qualified candidates.
Interviewing: Coordinate and conduct interviews, both in-person and virtually, with candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the process.
Assessment: Administer skills tests, assessments, or other evaluation methods as needed to gauge candidates' qualifications.
Offer Management: Collaborate with hiring managers to extend job offers, negotiate compensation packages, and facilitate the onboarding process.
Candidate Relationship Management: Maintain relationships with candidates to create a pipeline of potential future hires.
Data Management: Accurately update and manage candidate records in our applicant tracking system (ATS).
Compliance: Stay up-to-date with labor laws and regulations to ensure recruitment practices are compliant.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field, or equivalent work experience
- 2-3 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.
- Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and sourcing techniques.
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and HR software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- High level of organization and attention to detail.
- Exceptional time management skills.
