Talent Acquisition Associate
Job Description
Lyra Technology Group is looking for talented recruitment specialist to join our growing HR Team. We are seeking a dynamic individual with strong communication and talent assessment skills to lead high level searches across our company.
A bit about Lyra…
Lyra Technology Group is a family of industry leading technology service businesses. Our companies are operated independently by exceptional management teams. Companies that join our group retain the employees, name, and culture that have made them successful. As a platform of Evergreen Services Group, we never divest from businesses we partner with and approach every decision with the goal of driving sustainable and healthy growth over the long term.
We made our first acquisition at the beginning of 2018. Now, we hold a controlling stake in 70+ companies and are continuing to grow. Our companies employ over 2000 team members and sit across the United States, Canada and Europe. Each company is led by its own management team and we are incredibly proud of the work they do.
What sets us apart are three things: our buy and hold strategy, our company’s local autonomous management, and our scale.
1. Unlike typical Private Equity investments with a three-to-five-year liquidation strategy, we buy businesses and invest in them for the long-term. We believe in the value of our acquisitions and want to grow.
2. We bought our companies because they already had success in the marketplace. Instead of asking them to conform to a unified platform, we allow companies to keep their team, culture and branding in place.
3. We enjoy the best of both worlds, small company culture and big business resources. We leverage our collective scale for strategic partnerships, shared resources, and buying power.
And it’s working…2023 was our best year yet. We exceeded our revenue goals and finished the year with 100% employee engagement.
Your work as a Talent Acquisition Associate involves several components:
1. Lead our sales organization recruitment, working closely with our senior leadership team
a. Recruit talent for Lyra’s “CRO In Training” program
b. Facilitate senior Heads of Sales searches across our Operating Companies
2. Manage and administer the entire recruitment and hiring process for open opportunities companywide
a. Develop appropriate interview processes and scorecards to facilitate decision making
b. Counsel and advise hiring managers on best practices for hiring
3. Act as a good ambassador of Lyra’s employment brand
a. Value the time of candidates with efficient interview processes
b. Communicate status updates on a regular basis
In addition, you will also have an opportunity to work in many facets of Human Resources, including talent management, organizational development and strategic staffing and planning.
We are looking for a smart, motivated individual who is looking to “roll up their sleeves” and hungry to make an impact. We offer exceptional people the opportunity to meaningfully accelerate their career trajectory. If you’re interested in joining a growing HR team and making immediate contributions, let’s have a conversation.
