The Talent Acquisition/Recruitment Associate is responsible for a full-cycle of recruitment, identifying, engaging, and attracting top candidates to meet the staffing needs of a company. Their duties include collaborating with hiring managers on a regular basis and proactively identifying future hiring needs. 
You should also be able to attract candidates using various sources, like social media networks and employee referrals. Our ideal recruiter holds an academic HR or related background combined with work experience in screening, interviewing and assessing candidates.
