Talent Acquisition Associate
Job Description
The Talent Acquisition Associate role offers hands-on training, a dynamic working environment, hybrid work flexibility, excellent earning potential, and opportunity for growth within the business.
Responsibilities Include:
- Writing job posts and publishing on Indeed, Linkedin, etc.
- Sourcing qualified candidates for review
- Cold outreach to prospects open to new opportunities
- Maintaining an up-to-date ATS pipeline for each campaign
- Coordinating first and second-round interviews for candidates with hiring managers
Successful candidates have:
- Sales experience
- Detail-oriented approach
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
