Talent Acquisition Associate

Customer Management Practice is seeking an industrious and resourceful Recruitment Coordinator to aid in our company's growth efforts.
The Talent Acquisition Associate role offers hands-on training, a dynamic working environment, hybrid work flexibility, excellent earning potential, and opportunity for growth within the business.
Responsibilities Include:

• Writing job posts and publishing on Indeed, Linkedin, etc.
• Sourcing qualified candidates for review
• Cold outreach to prospects open to new opportunities
• Maintaining an up-to-date ATS pipeline for each campaign
• Coordinating first and second-round interviews for candidates with hiring managers

Successful candidates have:

• Sales experience
• Detail-oriented approach
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
