What you'll do
The Talent Acquisition Associate will play a key role in creating exceptional experiences for Billd's employment candidates and new joiners. They will be responsible for opening new requisitions, scheduling interviews, maintaining the ATS and making sure new joiners are set up for success from day one. This role will be part of our People Operations team and report to the Director of People Operations.

What you'll do
The Talent Acquisition Associate will play a key role in creating exceptional experiences for Billd's employment candidates and new joiners. They will be responsible for opening new requisitions, scheduling interviews, maintaining the ATS and making sure new joiners are set up for success from day one. This role will be part of our People Operations team and report to the Director of People Operations.
Responsibilities
- Run the full cycle Talent Acquisition process for junior-mid level roles with a focus on excellent candidate experience
- Run the internal Talent Acquisition process within Billd
- Work closely with hiring managers to support them in their Talent Acquisition needs
- Schedule phone screens, virtual and in person interviews
- Conduct hiring panel debriefs
- Conduct offer and close out calls with candidates
- Maintain accuracy and completeness of data within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
- Draft and send offer letters to candidates
- Draft and send role change letters and maintain accuracy of data in HRIS for internal transfers
- Track and manage Billd's referral program
- Run the onboarding process for all roles, ensuring stakeholders are completing tasks on time and new joiners are set up for success from day one
- Schedule onboarding training including Sales Bootcamp for new joiners within Sales
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of Talent Acquisition and Onboarding processes
- Participate in People Operations projects as needed
Skills/Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree.
- Minimum of 6 months experience in a recruiting-related role.
- Ability to navigate and flourish in a fast paced, start up environment.
- Experience managing multiple internal priorities in a time sensitive matter.
- Passionate about providing exceptional candidate experience.
- Superb organization and time management skills.
- Commitment to excellence and continuous improvement.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
