Position Overview:

We are seeking a Senior Recruiter - Contractor who embodies our spirit of community and commitment to excellence. This is a 3 month contract role, with potential to extend.  You will be part of a dynamic team, dedicated to attracting, engaging, and hiring top talent that reflects the innovative spirit of Acquia.

Responsibilities:

• Talent Champion: Serve as an ambassador of our culture by identifying and attracting exceptional candidates who align with Acquia's values and mission.
• Responsible for managing all parts of the recruitment process including but not limited to: 
• Hiring kick off & strategy, Sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, coordinating interviews panels, and offer negotiations.

What We're Looking For:

• 3+ years of in-house recruiting experience (B2B SaaS experience preferred)
• Demonstrated success in hiring/scaling teams
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), preferable with Greenhouse and proficiency in Google docs
