  • Experience working in a recruiting role within Workday.
  • Technical recruiting experience with a proven track record of hiring engineers and/or manufacturing professionals.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Active engagement in social, digital, and alternative sourcing methods.
  • Experience building talent pipelines and conducting targeted searches.
  • Background in agency recruiting with expertise in staffing technical roles, analyzing market trends, and identifying top talent.
  • Ability to manage high-priority projects, meet multiple deadlines and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

We embrace diversity and equality in a serious way. We are committed to building a team with a variety of backgrounds, skills, and views. The more inclusive we are, the better our work will be. Creating a culture of Equality isn’t just the right thing to do, it’s also the smart thing.
