Job Details:

Frazier & Deeter is looking for a highly motivated Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our growing People & Culture team. The Talent Acquisition Coordinator will support the People & Culture team, while focusing on tasks related to the hiring of new talent for the firm and all other functions related to campus and experienced hire recruiting, onboarding, employee engagement and employer branding. Successful candidates will have a positive, detail-oriented mindset focused on excellent service to our internal and external stakeholders. 

Primary Responsibilities: (other duties may be assigned) 

  • Coordinate and participate in campus events at assigned schools, including virtual and on-site presentations, career fairs, and FD hosted social events 
  • Campus Event Coordination activities including registration/booking, giveaway supply, and coordination of attendees
  • Manage and engage with Student Ambassadors on campus
  • Establish and maintain key relationships with other university personnel 
  • Manage campus pipelines in the ATS and CRM
  • Support experienced hire recruiting through sourcing and administrative efforts
  • Deliver first-day People & Culture Onboarding training for new hires
  • Coordinate employer branding efforts for campus and experienced hire recruiting, including partnering with Marketing department on social media posting calendar, responding to Glassdoor reviews, promoting our employer brand 
  • Support People & Culture events, programs, and initiatives as needed
  • Travel required up to 35%

Requirements: 

  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar role 
  • Experience with Greenhouse Recruiting and Onboarding preferred. 
  • Strong attention to detail, ability to multitask and meet deadlines without supervision.
