Key Skills:
  • Strong Microsoft Skills especially calendaring in Outlook.
  • Strong customer service in email, over the phone, and in person
  • Able to learn new systems quickly and adapt to change.
  • Strong attention to detail -must be precise with hiring data including running background checks and filling out I-9 forms.
  • Work independently without lots of direction
  • Nice to have HR and/or onboarding experience including e-verify experience.
Brief Job Description:

The Talent Acquisition Specialist (Contract) will be supporting the new hire onboarding program "Power Forward" providing communications and onsite support 1-3 times a month.

This position will be supporting our client's Talent Acquisition recruiters (currently the number of recruiters is 6-7). This coordinator position will be a remote working environment. At a minimum would need to come to various client sites every other Monday to help with employee onboarding and occasional Thursdays for contractor roles.
  • Getting up to speed on client's processes and procedures to help with hiring support and onboarding.
  • Scheduling interviews for the recruiters both over the phone and email.
  • Working on an I-9 audit.
  • Answering candidate and hiring manager questions
  • Entering sensitive data to hire employees into necessary systems.
  • Supporting the new hire onboarding program "Power Forward" with communications and on-site support 1-3 times a month.
Responsibilities:

Recruitment Support Under direction, schedules candidate assessments and interviews. Collects and files documentation, including job descriptions, requisitions, assessment results and hiring matrices. Enters information into talent acquisition system or electronic record-keeping system as appropriate.

Administrative Support Responds to recruiter requests for support in scheduling meetings, filing documents, and preparing for presentations and meetings.

Customer Service Responds to routine questions from candidates regarding drug tests, interviews, and the application process.

Job Duties:

The bulk of the support is scheduling interviews both over the phone and email.

Answering candidate and hiring manager questions

Entering sensitive data to hire employees into necessary systems.

Education requirements: High school diploma or equivalent

Experience Typically two or more years in human resources, customer service or related field.
