Talent Acquisition Coordinator

The automotive markets Holman serves include fleet management and leasing; vehicle fabrication and upfitting; component manufacturing and productivity solutions; powertrain distribution and logistics services; commercial and personal insurance and risk management; and retail automotive sales as one of the largest privately owned dealership groups in the United States.
The Talent Acquisition Coordinator is responsible for supporting the Talent Acquisition Team in their recruitment efforts for the US and Canada businesses. As the Talent Acquisition Coordinator your will have the unique opportunity to learn the business from a Talent & People perspective, assisting with administrative and project tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Support recruiters by coordinating with candidates, hiring managers and onboarding.
- Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers and candidates whole continuously improving the candidate experience.
- Accountable for metrics, reporting, and analytics for the Talent Acquisition function (time to fill, open requisitions, hiring trends, source of hire, etc.).
- Manage the candidate process our Applicant Tracking System.
- Posts jobs to applicable job boards, colleges/universities, LinkedIn, and other sources as needed.
- Support campus recruiting efforts by researching events (career fairs, on campus recruiting, etc.)
- Work as a liaison with marketing to promote jobs, postings, and events.
- Coordinate candidate pre-hire processes, such as testing, background checks, physicals, and drug screenings.
- Initiate, monitor, and collect completed compliance documentation for new hires.
- Provide follow-up correspondence to candidates on recruiting status via phone and email.
- Assist in the coordination of other recruiting activities as needed.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree is preferred
- 1-3 years professional experience preferred.
- Strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills required.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Advanced knowledge of Excel.
- Outstanding organizational skills, time management, and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage requests and prioritize projects according to business needs.
- Positive attitude, self-motivated, and driven to succeed.
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
- Interest in Human Resources and Recruiting desired.

Pay:
We offer competitive wages that are commensurate with job-related skills, experience, relevant education or training, and geographic location, starting in the range of $22.32 - $30.14 USD per hour.
