We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our Talent Acquisition team. This role is crucial in supporting our recruitment efforts with a strong emphasis on administrative tasks. The Talent Acquisition Coordinator will manage the logistical and clerical aspects of the hiring process, ensuring that our recruitment activities run smoothly and efficiently. The ideal candidate will excel in administrative duties, possess excellent communication skills, and have a passion for enhancing the candidate experience.
Responsibilities and Expectations:
- Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Manage all interview logistics, including room bookings, virtual meeting setup, and travel arrangements for candidates.
- Serve as the backup to the Talent Acquisition Operations Specialist in facilitating background checks and onboarding.
- Ensure the preparation and setup of new hires' workstations at the headquarters.
- Conduct building tours and assist with the completion of new hire paperwork.
- Arrange travel and accommodations for high-visibility candidates and new hires.
- Order and maintain supplies specifically for high-visibility hires.
- Organize lunch and dinner arrangements, including the procurement of meals for high-visibility candidates.
- Maintain conference rooms to ensure cleanliness and presentability for meetings and interviews.
- Greet interviewing candidates upon arrival and welcome new hires on their first day.
- Management of career fair materials.
- Act as receptionist as needed.
Qualifications and Competencies:
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Strong interpersonal skills to build positive relationships with candidates and colleagues.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.
- Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in scheduling and documentation.
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize and complete tasks in a timely manner.
- Ability to manage competing priorities and adapt to changing demands.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment, supporting colleagues and contributing to team goals.
- Flexibility to assist team members with various tasks as needed.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and handling unexpected changes with ease.
