The Opportunity:

At commercetools, providing every candidate with a first-class interview experience is paramount. That’s where you come in - as our Talent Acquisition Coordinator, you will work with our Talent Acquisition team to provide the operational support behind the recruitment process. This is a great role for someone who wants to start a career in recruitment - we will provide all the training and tools you need to get there!

Please note that this is a hybrid role, with one day per week expected in our Durham office.

Your Mission:

• Work with the Talent Acquisition team and our candidates to schedule interviews, ensuring a positive experience for everyone involved
• Work within our internal Applicant Tracking System, Greenhouse, to manage the interview process
• Review applications, searching for candidates with the skills and experience to meet the position requirements
• Provide sourcing support through LinkedIn Recruiter for harder-to-fill roles
• Support with other operational and administrative duties as assigned

What you need to succeed:

While no prior experience is required, we are looking for someone who is:

• Extremely people-oriented: you are dedicated to ensuring each of our candidates are treated with respect and given an extraordinary interview experience
• Attentive to detail: in this role, the little things matter
• A strong communicator: you’ll be speaking with our internal Talent Acquisition team, our candidates, and our hiring managers frequently, so being able to express yourself well in written and verbal communication is important
• A team player: our Talent Acquisition team jokes that we are the best team in commercetools; we have a lot of fun together and are constantly lifting each other up. You’ll be able to contribute to that positive team spirit

Nice to have:

• Previous experience in a coordination, support, or sourcing role
• Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter and/or Greenhouse
