Talent Acquisition Coordinator
Location: San Francisco Bay Area (REMOTE)
Job Responsibilities:
ยท The TA Coordinator will assist with sourcing by using internet tools, cold calling, social media to generate a consistent candidate pool
ยท Review resumes and credentials for appropriate skills, experience and knowledge in relation to position requirements
ยท Conduct phone interviews qualify candidates

ยท The TA Coordinator must manage and coordinate all communication with candidates
ยท Will be responsible for checking references and conducting background checks
ยท Provide excellent service to hiring managers and a great experience to candidates
Requirements:
ยท Experience recruiting in a staffing/agency environment, or fast paced corporate recruiting environment
ยท Must have solid phone recruiting skills
ยท Must have excellent internet research and some sourcing skills
ยท Interest in organizing job fairs and/or group interviews
ยท Able to stay organized while managing a high volume requisition load
ยท Drive, tenacity, flexibility, and confidence are keys to success
ยท Enthusiasm, open-mindedness, integrity, and accuracy are required
ยท Excellent written and verbal communication skills required
ยท Excellent customer service skills required
ยท Ability to engage, excite and close candidates a must
