Charles IT is looking for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our growing team. We are seeking a motivated and tenacious individual who has a great eye for talent, knowledge of the IT industry, and is a great "people person".
A successful Talent Acquisition Coordinator would help us deliver on:
- Recruiting new candidates for technical and administrative positions within our rapidly growing organization
- Finding new and creative avenues for employee recruitment; improving our sourcing strategies
- Keeping up-to-date candidate notes in our applicant tracking system
- Communicating with candidates and scheduling interviews in a timely manner
- Assist in onboarding new employees
- Representing the Charles IT brand and mission in a way that conveys our culture and core values to prospective candidates. Can you sell excitement?!
Requirements
- Superior oral and written communication skills required
- Proven ability to juggle multiple candidates with the ability to multi-task and function collaboratively as a member of a fast-paced, and dynamic team
- Excellent follow-through to see tasks through completion
- Self-starter with the ability to perform independently with little or no supervision
- High level of organization; sharp attention to detail
- Ability to pass a background check
- A current, valid US driver's license is required.
