Charles IT is looking for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our growing team. We are seeking a motivated and tenacious individual who has a great eye for talent, knowledge of the IT industry, and is a great "people person".

A successful Talent Acquisition Coordinator would help us deliver on:

• Recruiting new candidates for technical and administrative positions within our rapidly growing organization
• Finding new and creative avenues for employee recruitment; improving our sourcing strategies
• Keeping up-to-date candidate notes in our applicant tracking system
• Communicating with candidates and scheduling interviews in a timely manner
• Assist in onboarding new employees
• Representing the Charles IT brand and mission in a way that conveys our culture and core values to prospective candidates. Can you sell excitement?!

Requirements

• Superior oral and written communication skills required
• Proven ability to juggle multiple candidates with the ability to multi-task and function collaboratively as a member of a fast-paced, and dynamic team
• Excellent follow-through to see tasks through completion
• Self-starter with the ability to perform independently with little or no supervision
• High level of organization; sharp attention to detail
• Ability to pass a background check
• A current, valid US driver's license is required.
