Job Description
F&G is hiring for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator
The Talent Acquisition Coordinator will support F&Gs recruitment process, Applicant Tracking System administration, new employee experience and onboarding, and reporting analytics.
This position reports to the Manager, Talent Acquisition.
Responsibilities include:
- Supports procedures for improving the candidate experience.
- Support procedures and task management for contingent worker program
- Manage new hire preboarding process which includes communication and task management
- Manage background check process and platform
- Assist HR team with various administrative duties and special projects as needed
- Schedule interviews for applicants both virtually and in person and arranges travel and lodging for applicants, as necessary.
- Attend college relations events which includes but is not limited to career fairs, classroom speaking engagements and other college relation events as needed.
- Assists with the coordination of events and programming for the Summer Intern Program.
Experience and Education Requirements
- Associates or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources preferred. In lieu of degree, a high school diploma or equivalent plus a minimum of 2 years prior experience in administrative support activities.
- Experience in the insurance industry preferred
- Experience with an Applicant Tracking System preferred

Other Requirements
- Perform other functions, duties and projects as assigned
- Regular and punctual attendance
- Ability to travel up to 10%
