SBM is looking for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator!
Responsibilities:
- Order equipment (e.g., laptops, cellphones, monitors) for new hires and ensure that onboarding admins have everything they need for the onboarding process.
- Prepare promotion offer letters and coordinate with HRIS for promotion integration.
- Manage postings for frontline and above positions in collaboration with Staffing Specialists.
- Follow up with IT and new employees to ensure they received the provided equipment.
- Update the recruiting system with new hires, promotions, and transfers.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers, recruiters, and candidates.
- Manage and maintain interview schedules and candidate feedback.
- Coordinate background checks and ensure timely completion.
- Provide support to HRIS and TA teams with data entry and report generation.
- Assist with creating and updating job descriptions.
- Provide customer service to hiring managers, candidates, and employees.
- Maintain confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive employee information.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required, bachelor's degree preferred.
- 1-3 years of experience in talent acquisition, HR, or related field.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with applicant tracking systems.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Strong customer service orientation and ability to work effectively in a team.
