Job Description:

Centerstone seeks a dynamic goal oriented professional to join the Corporate Nashville, TN HR Team as a Talent Acquisition Coordinator. This self-starter will play an integral part in the hiring process for all roles within the organization. Highly effective communication, organization, and collaboration skills are the benchmark of a successful candidate for this role.

Summary of Job

Talent Acquisition Coordinator helps facilitate the hiring process. Candidates should be able to provide excellent customer service in-person, over the phone, and in online communication. They should be able to accomplish multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail. Duties will include working with employee files and high-level support for credentialing, recruiting and screening functions. These collaborative workers use high communication skills to manage a variety of functions related to recruitment, including reporting to the hiring manager and coordinating communication between job applicants. This position offers an opportunity for exposure to the full dynamics of Talent Acquisition in collaboration with HR. This role partners with HR, Credentialing, Talent Acquisition, leadership and other internal/external support vendors to provide an excellent recruitment and onboarding experience for future Centerstone employees.

Talent Acquisition Coordinator Duties and Responsibilities

The TA Coordinator role is multi-faceted and will offer a glimpse into all other areas of Human Resources. The role will assist with New Hire Orientation set up, background screening processing, interviews, screening, update applicant and employee data in ATS/HRIS Workday system, review background process, and I-9 processing.

Other Important Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Background Checks
  • State Compliance for New Hires/Monthly Reporting
  • Monitor HR Questions
  • Personnel Files maintenance
  • Process and distribute reports HR/TA departments
  • Complete filing and scanning
  • Assist with employee file audits as needed
  • Other duties as assigned Talent Acquisition Manager

TA Coordinator Skills and Qualifications

Ideal candidate is organized, efficient, collaborative, and eager to learn and contribute.

Job Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma required (Bachelor's in Human Resources or related field preferred)
  • 1-3 years office related work experience required
  • 3 years of recruiting experience preferred
  • Highly organized with attention to detail
  • Prior experience with Workday is preferred
