This position is located out of our Carmel, IN office but offers a hybrid work schedule allowing you to work from home 3 to 4 days a week if desired.

The Talent Acquisition Coordinator (TAC) provides a high level of customer service, administrative support and comprehensive life cycle recruitment coordination in a highly dynamic and fast-paced business environment. The TAC supports the Talent Attraction & Acquisition team with timely and accurate coordination of recruitment activities & transactions while maintaining a strong attention to detail and managing processes to completion.

What You Will Do:

  • Assist in the coordination and administration of routine, recruitment transactions including but not limited to; scheduling recruitment meetings & interviews, candidate travel, generating offer packets, candidate relocation paperwork and pre-employment screening
  • Prepare recruiting correspondence to candidates, hiring managers and other key internal & external stakeholders; Interface with candidates, talent acquisition partners, and hiring managers throughout the hiring process
  • Lead the coordination of talent acquisition and university relations programs; e.g. plan & coordinate recruitment events such as, career fairs, on-campus interviews, and other university relations events
  • Responsible for new hire processing - offer letter and background check process management, new hire paperwork
  • Work in Applicant Tracking System to support administrative TA tasks and maintain Talent Relationship Management (TRM) platform in support of TA partners
  • Establish and maintain comprehensive filing system for the department to ensure retention of reliable/current data and easy information retrieval
  • Manage compliance related milestones for EEO/AAP programs and partner with TA Leader & legal for review & implementation; duties include ensuring all documentation is up-to-date and executing compliance reporting requirements
  • Deliver a positive candidate & hiring manager experience by working closely with the recruitment team to ensure all process steps are accurate and timely; anticipate needs & be proactive
  • Develop streamlined solutions for recurring requests; suggest process improvements to help create a technology-enabled seamless experience

What You Need to Succeed:

  • High School Diploma or GED required; Associate degree preferred
  • 3-5 years' experience in administrative roles, preferable with an HR-focus
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks with deadlines
  • Highly intuitive and self-guided problem solver that exhibits sound judgement
  • Ability to manage confidential information in a seasoned professional manner
  • Comfortable with change & ability to adapt quickly to support team & business needs
  • Ability to manage a fast-paced and sometimes unpredictable workload
  • Ability to manage & streamline processes to successful closure
  • Polished and professional presentation and communication style; capable of communicating complex content in a succinct manner in-person, over the phone, and through written correspondence
  • Proficient with all Microsoft applications including but not limited to Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Preferred experience will applicant tracking systems or CRMs
