About the role:
This full time role requires an individual who can handle a fast-paced and high-volume recruiting environment. This individual will need to be very detail driven with the ability to multi-task within a fast paced, rapidly expanding environment. This role will require someone with a strong administrative background, who has the ability to deliver stellar client service.Â
What you’ll do:
- Have a hands-on role in coordinating Ever/Body’s fast-paced, multi-round interview process including scheduling, coordinating interview feedback and handling all candidate communications throughout the on-boarding process.Â
- Manage applicant application flow within our ATS system as needed
- Ensure professional license verifications, professional references, and candidate background checks are completed timely.Â
- Provide a white glove service as candidates’ point of contact from sourcing to on-boarding
- Collaborate with hiring managers to populate and extend onboarding documents in a timely manner to candidates
- Collaborate cross-functionally on candidate quality reviews and advancement and obtaining feedback to help improve the candidates hiring and on-boarding process.
- Assist the department and team with special projects as it relates to talent acquisition needs.
What You'll Need:
- Associates Degree or equivalent experience required
- Minimum of two years of experience working in an administrative or human resources focused roleÂ
- Thrive in a fast paced environment.
- Comfortable balancing multiple competing priorities and ability to self-direct time and meet deadlines.
- Able to maintain motivation to meet deadlines in both an independent and team focused setting.Â
- Excellent written and verbal skills
- Experience in G:Suite and Microsoft Office and experience utilizing Greenhouse Applicant Tracking a plus
