All about the role:
This role is anexcellent growth opportunity that provides operational support and projectcoordination for the Talent Acquisition team based in USA.
As a TalentAcquisition Coordinator (TAC), you will strive to create the best possiblerecruitment experience for candidates, Talent Acquisition Partners, HiringManagers, HR Business partners, etc. by assisting the team with coordination ofinterviews, candidate travel, offer letters and pre-employment screenings.
In addition, you willdevelop your project and organizational skills by partnering with the Director ofTalent Acquisition to develop and document policies & processes and provideoversight for several key business processes.
The successfulcandidate will be organized, creative, and detail oriented with the ability topositively influence the growth of Electrolux North America!
What you'll do:
- Provide through leadership, foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation, and provide best in class experience to our candidates, hiring managers and talent acquisition team.
- Coordinate, schedule and manage telephone, video, and in-office interviews while working directly with candidates and hiring managers.
- Coordinate travel and candidates' accommodations with the Electrolux Travel Center.
- Process offer letters for new hires and internal promotions.
- Conducts pre-employment screenings for all prospective employees.
- Initiate relocation for external candidates along with internal transfers.
- Collect completed documentation from candidates.
- Identifying opportunities for improving candidate experience and scheduling efficiency.
- Operate with the highest ethical standards and handle confidential information while demonstrating considerable use of tact, diplomacy, discretion and sound judgment.

Qualificationsrequired:
- GED or associate degree - bachelor's degree is preferred.
- 1+ year of experience coordinating multiple projects and provide excellent customer service. preferred experience in Human Resources.
- Strong working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, Notes, Internet and other related software
- Excellent organizational, time management and customer service skills.
