Talent Acquisition Coordinator

Summary / Role Purpose
The Talent Acquisition Coordinator (Emerging & Diverse Talent) is responsible for partnering with the Talent Acquisition Specialists on executing recruitment events and outreach, as well as being at the front line of helping build effective, talent acquisition processes. Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Assist with organizing and planning recruitment events, as well as follow up activity with leads
- Manage recruiting inquiries from students, universities, and events
- Collaborate on strategy to attract and recruit emerging & diverse talent
- Assist with vendor management activities, such as creating purchase orders, processing invoices, etc.
- As needed, handle recruitment and vetting for intern and early career positions
- Manage university and diversity focused projects in addition to everyday workload
- Assist with internship program and skills matching activities
- Assist with other recruitment activities, administrative tasks, and reporting
Minimum Education/Certification Requirements and Experience
- Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 2 years of experience, however, an equivalent combination of experience and/or education will be taken into consideration
- Self-sufficient and able to work with little direct supervision
- Demonstrated ability to build partnerships, communicate effectively with all levels of employees, and foster teamwork within and across the region
- Self-motivated with demonstrated ability to function independently and as part of a team while managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or closely related discipline preferred
- Prior experience administering an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) is strongly preferred, but not required
- Experience with university recruitment preferred
