Talent Acquisition Coordinator

C3 AI has an opening for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator located onsite at our offices in Redwood City, California. As a Talent Acquisition Coordinator, you will be responsible for supporting the talent acquisition team with the recruitment process and ensuring a positive candidate experience. We are looking for a coordinator who is collaborative, creative, diligent, humble, and focused on achieving results.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain candidate records in the applicant tracking system.
• Follow up with candidates as deemed necessary.
• Assist in planning and delivering recruiting initiatives.
• Develop strong working relationships with members of the recruiting team, hiring managers, candidates, and external agencies.
• Provide accurate reporting on the candidate pipeline and candidate statuses.
• Help develop and implement strategies, workflows, and processes to drive a signature candidate experience.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience as a talent acquisition coordinator.
• Strong knowledge of applicant tracking systems (Greenhouse preferred).
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a clear understanding of email etiquette.
• Ability to maintain the highest level of confidentiality and professionalism.
