Talent Acquisition Coordinator

We’re looking for an entry-level Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our talent acquisition team. This position is perfect for recent college graduates looking to get a start in recruiting. This is an opportunity to work side-by-side with the talent acquisition team and gain first-hand experience in digital media. This role will report directly to our Senior Director of Talent Acquisition.  

Responsibilities include

• Source and identify qualified prospect candidates by researching competitors
• Develop a strong prospect pipeline to support recruiting needs
• Coordinate and schedule interviews and manage candidate pipeline
• Contribute to the recruiting strategy and planning

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree by May 2022 with a strong academic background  
• Relevant work and/or internship experience preferred
