We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Coordinator eager to participate in the hiring process from start to finish. With your strong communication skills and innovative ideas, you will be instrumental in sourcing and attracting candidates, evaluating resumes, conducting interviews, and providing comprehensive administrative support throughout the recruiting process. Your ability to think outside the box, stay updated with current recruiting methods, and complete projects in a timely manner will be pivotal in this role.

Essential Role and Responsibilities
- Source potential candidates across platforms like Clearance Jobs, LinkedIn, Indeed
- Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to understand staff requirements and specific job objectives
- Craft and post engaging job descriptions on our career website, and other job boards
- Evaluate and screen resumes and cover letters, ensuring a suitable match for job requirements
- Conduct and coordinate various forms of interviews (phone, virtual, in-person)
- Provide a shortlist of qualified candidates to the Talent Acquisition team
- Aid the hiring team with innovative recruiting methods and effective interview questions
- Maintain a complete record of interviews and new hires, ensuring efficient process management
- Stay updated with current recruiting methods and industry trends
- Participate in job fairs and career events to enhance Silotech's visibility and talent reach
Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
Experience
- Proven work experience as a Recruiting Coordinator or Recruiter
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- In-depth knowledge of HR/Recruiting policies and best practices
- Hands-on experience with various selection processes (e.g. phone interviews, reference checks)
- Familiarity with HR databases, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and candidate management systems (Experience with Salesforce is a plus!)
- Familiarity with social media for recruitment, especially LinkedIn
- Experience in sourcing/recruiting for DoD, federal, and civilian agencies preferred
- Experience in hiring candidates holding a DoD/Agency issued security clearance is preferred
