Job Description
How You Will Make an Impact
- Talent Acquisition Coordinator will source candidates using a variety of methods to build a robust candidate pipeline for multiple job requisitions
- Talent Acquisition Coordinator will manage requisitions in internal Career Center, Applicant Tracking System and other job boards
- Talent Acquisition Coordinator will schedule meetings and interviews, send calendar invites, and confirm phone and onsite interviews
- Talent Acquisition Coordinator will monitor candidate applications for completion
- Communicate with all levels of the organization and candidates for entry level positions
- Talent Acquisition Coordinator will assist with processing background checks and drug tests
- Contribute to ongoing recruitment and onboarding processes and initiatives
- Provide support to candidates during the recruitment process

What You Bring to the Table
- Bachelor's degree a plus
- 1-2 years' experience of full cycle recruiting a plus
- 1-2 years' experience in Human Resources a plus
- Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) required with excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Previous experience with ADP Workforce Now Talent Management, ADP or related Applicant Tracking System a plus
- Must have a passion for recruiting and a desire to grow in the Talent Acquisition function of Human Resources
- Ability to maintain the highest level of integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality when dealing with sensitive private company or employee information
