Talent Acquisition Coordinator
Job Description
As the Talent Acquisition Coordinator (TAC) responsible for the accuracy of job postings and in charge of executing the job creation process, you will need a strong attention to detail, the ability to communicate and collaborate with multi-disciplinary professionals at all levels of the organization, and a desire to increase and implement DEI and OFCCP practices as related to ENGIE North America job postings.
This role sits in Houston, Texas and is eligible for a hybrid schedule. You will report to the Talent Acquisition Manager and provide support to the HRBP in headcount creation and the Talent Acquisition (TA) team to confirm needs, positions, and job postings, and to allow for a smooth and accurate TA process.

This is a CONTRACT POSITION.

What you'll do:
- Become expert support for ENGIE North America's Talent Acquisition (TA) team.
- Become familiar with OFCCP hiring practices, internal job leveling, compensation processes, and pay transparency laws and policy
- Post job descriptions with attention to details around job codes and levels
- Work with HRIS to accurate relay needed information
- Create job structure including attraction questions, referral bonus compliance, attention to formatting, DEI, and ensuring the TA team is included as warranted for each position
- Edit job descriptions, post jobs through the internal ATS (Applicant Tracking System)
- Stay updated on DEI and pay transparency decisions
- Monitor My Portal and provide support for start dates, backgrounds, and clear to start notifications
- Work with ENGIE International Corporate Headquarters to cascade changes and updates to Sezame and My Portal
- Provide reporting and analytics data in support to the TA function internally
- Run weekly and adhoc reports to present data to the TA team and within other areas of HR
- Schedule interviews back-up support
- Support purchase order processing for staffing vendors
- Create Standard Operating Procedures (SoP) for TA use
What you bring:
- The ability to prioritize and organize in a self-managed, hybrid environment
- Knowledgeable of an HR environment where you have gained an understanding of job posting practices
- Previous use of a company ATS and Sharepoint; SuccessFactors would be an advantage in this role
- Previous involvement if SoP would be considered a plus
- A minimum of a two-year of experience in which you have developed strong written communication skills
- Experience with excel and gathering data to support the TA function is a plus
