Your Opportunity
We have an exciting opportunity for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our award-winning campus recruiting team!
Key Responsibilities
- Manage organization, inventory, and shipment of all career fair materials in the United States
- Work alongside the Talent Acquisition Consultants to support the full-life cycle of recruitment
- Initiate job postings on external posting sites, including conference, university, and college job boards.
- Partner with the Talent Acquisition Consultant to review resumes and conduct initial candidate screening
- Process candidate offer letters accurately and expeditiously
- Conduct quality checks on requisitions and job postings to ensure consistency and alignment with Stantec's brand
- Assist with scheduling candidate interviews and initiating reference checks
- Respond to inquiries of potential candidates both verbally and in writing via the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
- Provide administrative support to Talent Acquisition Consultants for career fairs and Stantec's internship program
- Run and prepare reports on talent acquisition metrics for the TA Consultants
- Maintain staffing rosters in campus recruiting technology solution (Yello)
- Maintain career fair calendars in SharePoint and Yello
- Occasional attendance at local career events
Qualifications

- Self-directed with the ability to work with a sense of urgency to complete tasks and meet deadlines
- Strong organization skills
- Knowledge of state and/or provincial hiring standards
- Resourcefulness and knowledge of Human Resources policies and best practices
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to exercise confidentiality, discretion, and sound judgment
- Ability to learn and adapt to programs and processes quickly
- Digital fluency, proficiency with analytics, and strong knowledge of MS office applications required.
Education and Experience
- Two years of related work experience; or an equivalent combination of education and related experience
- Taleo or other ATS experience preferred
Typical office environment working with computers and remaining sedentary for long periods of time.
