The Talent Acquisition Coordinator will have the incredible job of supporting all activities related to hiring at Better Earth. This includes, but is not limited to, organizing resumes, sourcing for candidates interviewing candidates, and communicating with hiring directors regarding open positions. This is a great opportunity for someone who is self-motivated, organized, personable, and is ready to find the best talent for Better Earth!
Duties/Responsibilities
- Organize and analyze candidate resumes in order to find the best qualified candidates
- Communicate with Applicants over phone, text, and email
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers
- Screen and interview candidates to measure their abilities and work-compatible qualities
- Maintain and update ATS (Workable)
- Assist with sourcing, screening, and scheduling candidates (primarily on Indeed and our ATS)
Requirements
- MUST have 1+ years of agency recruitment experience
- 1+ years of Recruiting, Onboarding, or HR experience (Highly Preffered)
- Upbeat and team-centered work style with a "can-do" attitude (required)
- Phenomenal written and verbal communication skills (required)
- Comfortable working remotely while staying productive (required)
- Ability to work an 8 am to 5 pm PST schedule (required)
- Ability to perform deadline-driven work, while managing shifting priorities (required)
- Genuine interest in the business and/or industry (highly preferred)

Full- Time Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm PST
Compensation
